He also states they dont have enough staff they have to be vetted proplerly Understandable, but you had staff members that are vetted and qualified to perform the job that can take care of the calls that needs a representative at least. You have applicants that has been waiting for 2 months to receive benefits. People cannot be patient when they are living pay check to pay check before this pandemic, and dont have a way to feed there kids and pay there bills.
